Tracking and Reporting

Regenersis has specfically developed its internal systems to accommodate all aspects of tracking and reporting (including financial and environmental):

  • All shipments are recorded and provide full track-and-trace by identification number;
  • The IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number is recorded on all mobile handsets;
  • CheckMEND is used to check all handsets for blacklisting;
  • Data captured is later submitted to the Environment Agency and to clients as proof of environmental compliance in accordance with the UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations.

Client reporting is a fundamental part of our process. Our reporting suite ensures that the following data can be supplied:

  • Volume of handsets received / by job number
  • Total sales revenue achieved / by job number
  • Re-use vs. recycle rates
  • Outturn reports - volume and weight of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) processed
