STV 2011 Appeal - Supporting Scotland's Children

Fonebak has teamed up with STV to raise funds to support Scotland's children.
Donate all or some of the value of your old mobile and help Scotland's children!
The Charity Initiative
Fonebak is supporting STV and the Hunter Foundation who have formed a new charitable trust because long term sustainable change can be created in the lives of young people in Scotland. In 2011 they will tackle causes that help those most at risk and address the effects of poverty and disadvantage in Scotland. The aim of the appeal is to not only raise money but raise awareness of the crippling problem of child poverty in Scotland.
Did you know?
One in 4 children in Scotland live in poverty – that’s 240,000 children. 95,000 of these children live in the most severe poverty - there simply isn’t enough money to pay for essential items: winter coats, decent food and back-to-school costs.
STV and The Hunter Foundation are under writing all running costs so that every penny donated goes directly to the most vulnerable children.
ALL money raised will stay in Scotland.
